Healthy Balanced Diet :
The proper amount of nutrition that one person need to perform different activities properly is known as Balanced Diet. In order to have Healthy Balanced Diet one must eat a range of healthy foods in a balanced means.
The range of Foods in our Diet should include :
- Plenty of Fruits and Vegetables
- Some of Bread, rice, potatoes, pasta and other starchy foods ( wholegrains )
- some milk and dairy products ( prefer low fats products )
- some meat, fish, eggs, beans and other non-dairy sources of protein
- just a small amount of foods high in fat and sugar
- say no to fatty and junk foods
- donot drink alots of soft drinks, better to avoid it .
