Lemon is consider as Weight reducing Aid. Drinking water several times per day itself a beneficial process to our body. When we drink drink water with lemon abstracts , then its gonna be more effective and healthful . 





 Due to lemon water being natural, it adds no calories to your body each time you drink it. Think of it in this way: Let's say you replace whatever you enjoy drinking daily with lemon water. This could be anything as innocuous as fruit juice or really unhealthy stuff like soda. Even fruit juices contain calories, but lemon water has zero.





Lemon juice contains pectin, a soluble fiber that has been shown to aid in weight-loss struggles.












Because of pectin fiber's presence in lemon, lemon water has the effect of reducing your hunger. Easy Exercises for Daily Routine

Easy Exercises :


1. Jogging :


One must do Jogging on daily basis. Never try to be lazy and skip the day without doing Jogging. 
It is really important to wear a suitable dress, it is prefer to wear T-shirt and tracker. The shoes must also be comfortable enough. 







Minimum Jogging Time : 20 to 30 Minutes Daily


2. Push Ups :


For the Beginner , its difficult to do this exercise, but this exercise is also good for the health and can be perform any where because you dont required any kind of intruments or machine to do this exercise. 
Beginners should do atleast 5 to 10 Pushups daily. Then to should expand their duration of Exercise according to your body. 






For a normal Body : Minimum 30 Pushups should be done on daily basis.









3. Jumping Jacks :

One of the easy Exercise to perform at home and at parks. This Exercise helps out to reduce the belly fat from the body specially from the Stomach and hips. 


Normal Time for Jumping Jacks : 15 to 30 Minutes




4. Lunges Exercises :


Best exercise for the Chest and Lungs. It will help to make better the Cardiac functions of the Heart.











Normal Time for Lunges Exercises : 15 to 30 Minutes.


Healthy Balanced Diet

Healthy Balanced Diet :





The proper amount of nutrition that one person need to perform different activities properly is known as Balanced Diet. In order to have Healthy Balanced Diet one must eat a range of healthy foods in a balanced means.









The range of Foods in our Diet should include :


  • Plenty of Fruits and Vegetables
  • Some of Bread, rice, potatoes, pasta and other starchy foods ( wholegrains )
  • some milk and dairy products ( prefer low fats products )
  • some meat, fish, eggs, beans and other non-dairy sources of protein
  • just a small amount of foods high in fat and sugar
  • say no to fatty and junk foods
  • donot drink alots of soft drinks, better to avoid it .

When the recommended daily amount of a nutrient is low according to body needs, then its called as Nutritional Deficiencies. 


nutritional deficiency occurs when the body doesn’t absorb the necessary amount of a nutrient. Deficiencies can lead to a variety of health problems, such as problems of digestion, stunted or defective bone growth, skin problems, and even dementia.




Iron Deficiency :


The most widespread nutritional deficiency worldwide is iron deficiency, which can result in anemia. Iron is found in foods such as dark leafy greens, red meat and egg yolks. It helps your body make red blood cells. When you’re iron-deficient, your body produces a reduced amount of red blood cells. The RBC it produces are smaller and paler than healthy blood cells.





Vitamin A Deficiency :

Lack of Vitamin A is the leading cause of preventable Blindness in Children. Vitamin A play a vital role for eye health and functioning and strenghtening Immune system against infections.For newborn babies, the best source of vitamin A is breast milk. For everyone else, it is important to eat plenty of foods that are high in vitamin A, including green-yellow vegetables such as carrots, kale, broccoli, and sweet potatoes, or reddish-yellow fruits like apricots, papaya, and peaches.


Vitamin B1 Deficiency :

This Vitamin is also known as Thiamine. Vitamin B1 is very crucial for normal nerve function. Deficiency can lead to nerve and muscle damage and can affect the heart. A prolonged thiamine deficiency is also known as beriberi.



Vitamin B3 Deficiency :

The Vitamin B3 is also known as Niacin , and the Deficiency of its known as Pellagra. Its mostly found in Proteins, thats why this deficiency is rarely found in eat-eating Communities.

Symptoms of pellagra include diarrhea, dementia, and skin problems. In extreme cases, it can cause sudden death.


Vitamin D Deficiency :


Vitamin D is essential for healthy bones and helps the body maintain the right levels of calcium in order to regulate the development of teeth and bones. A lack of this nutrient can lead to stunted or defective bone growth.





The best sources of vitamin D are sun exposure and foods such as cod liver oil, salmon, or dairy products that have been fortified with vitamin D. 











Calcium Deficiency :


Calcium aids in the development of strong bones and teeth, and also helps the heart, nerves, and muscles function properly. A calcium deficiency often shows no immediate symptoms, but can lead to serious health problems over time. Calcium deficiencies are related to low bone mass, weakening of bones due to osteoporosis, convulsions, abnormal heart rhythms, or even death.
The best sources of calcium are dairy products such as milk, yogurt, and cheese; vegetables like kale and broccoli, and calcium-fortified cereals and grains.

Obesity is not only a cosmetic problem , it causes also many different problems, which can be dangerous for our life.


Some of the common Problems due to Obesity are as follows:


Coronary Heart Disease :



Due to the increment of our body mass index, increases our risk of coronary heart disease. In this disease a waxy substance known as Plaque builds up inside the coronary arteries. Plaque can narrow or block the coronary arteries and reduce blood flow to the heart muscle. 


Obesity also can lead to heart failure. This is a serious condition in which your heart can't pump enough blood to meet your body's needs.





                                                                                    
 
High Blood Pressure :

The Pressure against the walls of Arteries due to the Pumping of Blood by Heart is called as Blood Pressure. If the Blood Pressure is High or Low due to any reason, then it can damage the Body in many ways.

One of the most common reason for High Blood Pressure is Obese or Overweight. 




Stroke :

As a consequence of Plaque build up in the arteries, an area can be rupture, causing the Formation of Blood-clots.

If the Blood Clot is near to the Brain , then it can stop the follow of Blood and Oxygen into the Brain and that can cause Stroke.


Type 2 Diabetes :

High level of Blood-Glucose or Blood-Sugar is regarded as Diabetes. The Harmone Insulin in our body turn Glucose into Energy to perform daily activities.

In this type of Diabetes body doesnot use properly Insulin. In the Beginning , Body makes more Insulin but after some time the ratio retards and thats why the blood glucose level goes out of control.




Diabetes is a leading cause of early death, CHD, stroke, kidney disease, and blindness. Most people who have type 2 diabetes are overweight.










Abnormal Blood Fats :



Obesity or Overweight can increase the risk of having abnormal levels of Blood Fats.


These include high levels of triglycerides and LDL ("bad") cholesterol and low levels of HDL ("good") cholesterol.



Cancer :

Being overweight or obese raises your risk for colon, breast, endometrial, and gallbladder cancers.


Osteoarthritis :


Osteoarthritis is a common joint problem of the knees, hips, and lower back. The condition occurs if the tissue that protects the joints wears away. Extra weight can put more pressure and wear on joints, causing pain.


Sleep Apnea :

Sleep Apnea is a common disorder in which you have one or more pauses in breathing or shallow breaths while you sleep.



A person who has sleep apnea may have more fat stored around the neck. This can narrow the airway, making it hard to breathe.
